How we handle reviews
Every review here comes from a real person who tried PAX. Good, bad or somewhere in between, it goes up. Here's exactly how it works.
What we publish
- Every genuine review, whatever the rating. A one-star review goes up the same way a five-star one does.
- Your words, as you wrote them. We never edit a review. If part of one breaks the rules below, we don't trim it. We take it down and ask you to post it again.
- Delivery and service count. If your order was late or something went wrong, say so. That's part of buying from us and it stays up.
What we take down
These rules apply at every star rating. We'd take down a five-star review for these reasons just as fast as a one-star one.
- Health and medical claims. For example, that PAX treated, cured or helped with a health condition, or helped you quit smoking or nicotine. PAX is a caffeine pouch, and NZ rules don't let us publish claims like that. We'll email you and invite you to post your review again without that part. The rest of what you think is welcome.
- Personal details. Phone numbers, addresses or emails, yours or anyone else's.
- Abuse. Hate, threats, harassment or insults aimed at people.
- Spam and ads. Links, promo codes or other products.
- Off-topic posts. Anything that isn't about PAX or buying from us.
- Reviews that aren't genuine. Written by someone who hasn't used PAX, by anyone who works for PAX or their family, or posted more than once.
When reviews appear
We read every review before it goes up, usually within a few days.
The "Verified" badge
"Verified buyer" means the review came from someone who bought PAX on this site. Reviews without the badge come from people who tried PAX another way, such as reviews from social media, or from people who bought PAX from one of our stockists and sent us a message or an email.
Rewards
We don't pay for reviews. If we ever offer something for leaving one, it will be offered whatever rating you give, and the review will show it.
