Age

PAX is for adults. You must be 18 or over to buy from us.

What PAX is

Caffeine pouches. Each pouch contains 100mg of caffeine and no nicotine, no tobacco and no sugar. Pouches are placed between the lip and gum, not chewed or swallowed. Caffeine affects people differently. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine, or taking medication, talk to your doctor before using them. PAX is a food product, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.

Orders and prices

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. All orders depend on stock.

Subscriptions

A subscription charges your saved payment method on the cadence you chose, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can skip, reschedule or cancel from your account at any time before a renewal is processed. We'll tell you in advance if a subscription price ever changes, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Our content

The words, images and branding on this site are ours. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

We stand behind our product, and nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act. Beyond those rights, our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the order in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.

Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
