Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in New Zealand. We don't ship internationally yet.

What it costs

$6 flat, anywhere in the country. Free on any order over $29. Every multi-tin pack clears that, and every subscription ships free, always.

When it goes out

We dispatch from our Auckland base within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday go out the next working day.

How long it takes

Usually 1 to 2 working days to the North Island and 2 to 3 to the South Island once it's on its way. Our couriers aim for next day where they can, but that depends where you are, and rural addresses can take a little longer.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is picked up.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't turned up when it should have, email us and we'll chase the courier and sort it out. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace it.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship free every time, on the same timing as above. You can skip, reschedule or cancel a delivery from your account before it's processed.

Trade orders

If you order on a trade account, these terms apply instead of the ones above.

Freight is charged at checkout, so you see it before you place the order. Auckland $10 + GST, the rest of the North Island $14 + GST, the South Island $22 + GST. Orders over $300 + GST ship free.

The minimum order is five tins per flavour. Mix the flavours however you like.

We dispatch within 24 hours on weekdays, the same as any other order.

You're not charged at checkout - trade orders go on account. We send your invoice once your order is on its way, payable on the 20th of the month following the invoice date.
